Rules regarding witches.

Witches are allowed on the site but we are being very picky right now. Here are some need to know stuff right now.
-Witches must have an animal theme
-all witches that are not young and or healing type witches. (You may have an exception if you ask us and we give you permission.) are effected by the sway of magic
-We do not have a char sheet for witches so please make your own for this.
-you must make another char before you a witch so please make a weapon or meister first. (All chars in Wip before this is allowed as a first char.)
