A Quest For Rest [ENDED]

Week 2 day 6

It was a warm sunny day around noon and Starshine was at a local park resting under a tree in an attempt to finally take a nap. After a good ten minutes he was just about fall asleep when there was a sudden disturbance.

Witch was walking though the park sad from her room mates being mean and a bit tired when she seen shine trying to sleep. "He looks comfy"Witch muttered as she walked up to him and looked at him with a bit of envy before sitting down next to him and closing her eyes. "Hope he wont mind if i nape here."Witch thought as she tried to sleep

Starshine felt something bump into him and tear him out of his pre-nap state making him open his eyes and look to his side and find none other than his partner Witch "Uhh mind explaining what you think you're doing? he asked

Witch opened her eyes and looked at Shine "Going to sleep?"Witch smiled a little "I cant sleep at home and you looked comfy so i thought i would sleep here."

Starshine sighed and sat up and said "Well could you do it like on the other side of the tree you know not so close to me"

"Nope!"Witch said happily as she closed her eyes to go to sleep "Just be quite please....im sleepy.."Witch muttered as she fell asleep

Starshine thought "I guess I'll let her sleep" as he started to get up too move to the other side of the tree

Witch grabbed at Shine as he tried to move "Dont go....cant sleep alone."Witch muttered in her sleep.

Starshine felt  her grab his leg and thought "oh man figures I'm partners with what be be the only witch with separation anxiety as he tried to gently pry her hand off his ankle

Witch let go as Shine move her hands from his legs. But as he did she opened her eyes slowly and looked at Shine "Hey don't go!...I cant sleep when i'm alone!"

"Then why don't you head back to your dorm plenty of people there... and noise he said with a slightly sour expression

Witch sighed sadly "I cant go back to my dorm all of my room mates are mean."Witch looked down sadly "They make fun of me and then they all leave so i cant sleep."

Starshine sighed and leaned against the tree slowly sliding down into a sitting position making sure to put a bit of distance between himself and witch "I guess I can sympathize with you to a certain degree everyone around my dorm I swear to god has caffeine running through their veins seriously they never rest which wouldn't be a problem if they didn't feel the need to drag me into every god damn thing those crazy buffoons decide to do"

Witch sighed as she looked at Shine "Sounds like we both have bad roommates."Witch gave a slight grin.

Starshine sighed deeply "I swear it's enough to make consider a bit of casual arson" he sighed again "I really need to find my own place"

Witch smiled a little "We could always get a place for are own."

Starshine looked at Witch and sighed again "You know as much as I want to say no that is actually a pretty good idea"

Witch grinned as she got up "Than its settled lets go look for a place! oh oh we should get a place by the down town district! or even a place by the academy!"

Starshine stood up "or you know somewhere cheap on the outskirts of town"

Witch gave a slight pouty face "I guess we could get a place at the outskirts..."

Starshine looked at Witch and growled slightly to himself "Fine we can take a look nearish to the academy as long as it's cheap"

Witch gave a slight jump in happiness "Sweet! i heard theres a place open a little ways from the academy."

Starshine put his hands in his pockets and turned towards the academy "well then lead the way he said motioning his head forward

Witch followed after shine happily "This is going to be so much fun shine!"

"Right fun" he said sarcastically

[Later at the apartment]

the salesman had just walked out the door to give them some time to aquatint themselves with the place
"well the place is pretty nice but I think he confused us for a couple he said annoyed
